Q: What do I need to do to see a physical, occupational, or speech therapist? A: There are several steps to follow: Get a prescription from your doctor for the therapy you require Call our office for complimentary insurance pre-approval or to discuss private pay rates Schedule your appointment
Q: What age of patients do you treat? A: We treat all ages. Our youngest client is 3 months old and our oldest is 90+. Our experienced clinicians are able to customize sessions based upon your goals and interests, regardless of age.
Q: Do you have aquatic therapy? A: Yes. Aquatic therapy is a wonderful alternative to physical exercise with clients who have muscle weakness, arthritis, and/or healing fractures. Our aquatic therapy is provided in community settings near your home so that you are familiar with this setting at the discharge of your therapy sessions. We have found that this approach leads to better follow-through for your lifetime health needs.
Q: What insurance is accepted? A: We accept most major insurance, provide private pay services, and are able to establish payment plans for services that are not payable by your insurance. Currently, we accept include the following: Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, Gateway, Medicare, United Healthcare and Unison. Please call us for details of insurance eligibility.
Q: How long is each appointment? A: Appointment times will vary depending upon the patient, therapy and specific situation.
Q: Are your therapists licensed? A: Yes. All our therapists are nationally certified in their area of expertise and licensed within the state of Pennsylvania. In addition, our therapists have graduate level degrees and advanced certifications in various practice areas.
Q: What if I don't qualify for insurance? A: We do accept private pay for our services if you are not eligible for insurance. Please call 724-304-0030 for details. |
